Post Title: Residential Support Worker
Responsible To: Team Leaders, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager and Responsible Individual
Liaison With: HR and Senior Management Team
External Liaison With: Ofsted, Local Authorities, Police, Health and Education Professionals, Social Services
Main Purpose of the Role
To provide consistent advice, assistance, and emotional support to young people in your care. You will attend to their practical, physical, and emotional needs, acting as a positive and appropriate role model at all times. Through nurturing relationships and a child-centred approach, you will work closely with each young person to help them overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.

Main Purpose of the Role
To support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that a high standard of care and support is provided to children and young people. The Team Leader will act as a role model, leading and motivating a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver safe, nurturing, and positive care in line with Ellie’s Place ethos and the Quality Standards.
Waking Night Support Worker - Full Time/Part Time

Main Purpose of the Role
To ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people throughout the night.
Waking Night Support Workers play a vital role in maintaining a calm, safe, and nurturing environment that reflects the values and ethos of Ellie’s Place. The role involves safeguarding, supervision, record keeping, and supporting morning routines, contributing to a consistent 24-hour care approach in line with Ofsted’s Quality Standards.
